Founder’s Story:
How I Discovered SafeSleeve: A Story of Tech, Radiation, and My Mom’s Uncanny Ability to Sense EMFs

I’ll admit it—I wasn’t always the guy who worried about my phone blasting invisible waves of radiation into my body. Like most people, I carried my phone in my pocket, slept next to it on my nightstand, and held it up to my head for long conversations, totally oblivious to what that might be doing to me.
But my mom? Oh, she was ahead of the game.
Back in the early 2000s, when flip phones were still a thing and people thought Bluetooth was cutting-edge, my mom was already on high alert about EMFs (electromagnetic fields).
One day, she walked out of a Sprint store, proud owner of a brand-new phone, completely unprotected. No shielding case, no anti-radiation sticker—just pure, unfiltered cell signal beaming straight into her hand.
And then?
She threw the phone across the parking lot.
Not dropped it. Not fumbled it. Full-on launched it.
That was the moment my mom became a woman on a mission.
She started researching SAR ratings. She tested every so-called ‘anti-radiation’ product. Some worked, some didn’t. But one day, she handed me something that actually made a difference: a SafeSleeve case.
This was years before I became a co-owner of SafeSleeve. I was just a guy with a mom trying to keep me safe. But when I met the team, I realized something crazy: a lot of the anti-radiation products out there don’t actually work.
SafeSleeve was different. It wasn’t just some “blocker”—it was actually tested in accredited labs to block radiation while still keeping your phone fully functional.
When I found out the science behind SafeSleeve, I was all in.
